Workflow automation for UK manufacturing, fabrication and trade businesses

Replace your admin and manual work so you can work on the things that matter

We build automation systems and custom tools that replace repetitive jobs in small to medium businesses. Things like quoting, estimating, paperwork, supplier emails, and customer follow-ups.

We start by auditing your business so we understand how everything actually works. The software you use, the way your team operates day to day, and the tasks eating most of your time. From there we map out exactly which jobs can be automated, which existing tools would help, and where you’d benefit from something built specifically for you. Then we work alongside your team to put it into place, test it properly so it holds up in real conditions, and document everything so nothing depends on us being in the room.

What we can automate

The jobs we hear about most:

– Quoting and estimating from drawings, specs or enquiries
– Email replies to enquiries that arrive overnight or at weekends
– Order paperwork, supplier emails, invoices and reminders
– Customer follow-ups after delivery or installation
– Repetitive admin that eats half a day every week

Common questions

What can actually be automated in a trades business?

Most of the repeatable office work. Quoting from drawings or specs, estimating, customer enquiry replies, supplier emails, invoicing, order paperwork, delivery follow-ups, reminders. If a task happens more than once a week and follows roughly the same pattern, it can usually be automated.

Will I have to change the software I already use?

No. We build the automation around your existing tools, your email, your accounts package, your CRM, your shared drive. The point is to remove work from your week, not give you another system to learn.

How long before something is actually running?

Most setups are live in two to four weeks from sign-off.

Is this worth it for a small business?

If you’re spending four hours or more a week on repeatable admin, when you could be spending it on work that matters, then yes. The audit will tell you exactly where the savings are before you commit to anything bigger.

Do I need to be technical to manage it?

No. If you can use email, you can use what we build. Most of our clients don’t touch the system at all, they just notice they have more time in their week.

What if I only want to automate one or two things?

That’s how most clients start, we can start automating a few things first, you can take on one task, see the difference, and add more when you’re ready.
