Shipping Information
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
– Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 12pm (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched same day
– Delivery Time: Most UK pallet/boxed deliveries arrive within 1–2 working days
– Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and location
– Carriers Used: We partner with trusted pallet and courier services for reliable delivery

Returns & Refunds
We take pride in delivering quality components but if there’s an issue, we’ll make it right.
– Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 5 working days of delivery
– If the mistake is ours, we’ll cover return costs and organise a replacement or refund
– For returns due to customer error, components must be unused and in original condition – return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
– Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless faulty
